OK, I've decided to go with one that is tad bit under what I wanted (but definitely no problem with airlines size):

It's very rugged (look at those wheels!), and something I always do is lay a few other bags on top of the rolling one, so that everything rolls together (this could go up to about 100#!) I might be able to rig something to hang specially from this.

I now need to find a non-rolling, very light, shoulder-strapped duffel, which because it will be soft, it will have no problem fitting inside this rolling one.
