As I arrived 3.40 with contract saying 12:00 for a 7 day rental, they first added 1 day and 3 hours extra! I contested this. Then they show me the new total and have added 120USD for the booster seats, which where included in the original itinerary. They said show us the original itinerary or pay up. It is on my computer, in my luggage and I am about to miss my International flight. Call customer services they say...

It really puts you off renting from Hertz how they try to con you.
