Everything is doable... But you would be the first that I have seen that would consider visiting Universal from the HR Kyoto. A total waste of time traveling in my opinion.

And as mentioned in your other thread. The HR is quite a decent hotel, with a few small issues like a remote location and possible crowds at breakfast.
