Since it says it is an inventory reduction sale, and they are clearly using miles as an incentive to encourage people to buy particular things they need to get rid of, they are probably just offering more miles for items that they really need to sell. In other words, the miles probably aren't related as much to the price of the item, as to how badly they need to get rid of the item.
