Emirates has since opened a new lounge at CDG. It's the new concept and, IMHO, it's gorgeous.
It's spacious and has a very nice food and wine selection together with showers and a view of the tarmac where you can see the A380s pull-up.

extramileage. ^ This thread was all I could find here on FT, and while the Emirates site lists a lounge at CDG, it provides no details about it.
I'll try a broader search - perhaps a travel site or blogger has posted some photos or more information about the lounge.
