On that note, although an extensive pillow menu would be nice, I would be willing to settle for a simple "feather-free" option a-la Marriott and SPG.
I add in comments that I want feather free every time I book through HHonors, and I've never gotten it. I always have to call housekeeping after arrival to change out the pillows. Whereas with SPG and Marriott there is the feather-free option which has yet to fail me.
