Online Check in fail
Flying CAN-HKG-SIN all on CX-ticket but first leg is KA operated.
First attempt to check in online failed with error message "Our records indicate something is wrong with your e-ticket" and "e-ticket failed validation".
That sounded bad, and I called CX China. They said there is no trouble with the ticket, try another browser and/or computer and/or use the phone.
Found a PC/Internet explorer and managed to go one step further (add passport details) but then failed with error "Check in not available now due to internal error [CXIP_DI2100M_ERROR]"
I did a few more tries (web and phone) but all failed. Sometimes the KA-flight was show, sometime not.
Any reason for me to be concerned, or should I just get it sorted at the airport?
