Quick question, hope someone is able to help!

I'm looking to book a cheap (ish) Prem Economy ticket from Boston MA to Melbourne. Picking up lot of flights at present so trying to keep costs low.

It seems like I can book a ticket with Qantas, BOS to LAX in Economy on AA, followed by LAX to MEL on QF in Prem.

As One World Emerald, will I have access to either the AA or QF lounges?

Part of me thinks yes, but I remember seeing something a while ago that makes me think that I would not.

Cannot seem to locate via search, so any help much appreciated.
