Sheraton Macao had most people waiting for checkin.... Queues were moving fast.
Almost nobody spoke English so it took some time until I found someone who escorted us to the lounge :-)
Not unexpected at the largest Starwood hotel in the world (by room count). Although, even on the ground level they have a dedicated gold/platinum check-in area. Furthermore, most check-in staff spoke good English everytime I have been there.
