You don't actually have to tip. Absolutely not expected. Some staff will be clueless why you want to give them money, some may get offended, some will appreciate it.

Not to turn this into a pro/against tipping discussion, and to try to answer your question: If you want to tip, just give them USD. The staff walk past FX booths every day. =)
