I am flying LAX-LHR-GOT tomorrow. I will be using wheelchair assistance at LHR and wonder what I am going to do about tipping the assisting person at LHR since I don't have any GBP (because I am just transferring flights there)? Can I tip in USD? How would you guys handle this situation?
