Phantom partner award availability has been an issue with the QFF website for a long time. It is not to be trusted.

Og, I agree it is pretty terrible, particularly if you are trying to find award availability to anywhere apart from Australia to certain cities in Europe, Asia or the USA. For example, if you want a stop over in Asia, searching BKK/HKG onto Europe can be pretty fruitless.

M0hamed, great idea about using the multi-city function, I hadn't thought of that.

I also find that it can be hard to see Emirates availability at times, I often find that if you call the callcentre people can see Emirates availability you can't see on the QFF website.

Certain major cities are not listed on the website, I recall I could not look up availability to/from Moscow.

I use the BA and CX websites to find award availability.

The previous version of the QFF website used to allow you to look up worldwide availability (ie. non-QF routes), but with this website verion that we have had for the last couple of years it seems much more limited in scope and capability.
