Food is an important factor of any trip we make from street food to 3 stars so this will be top of the list for research.
I think I echo most people's sentiments when I say that Lung King Heen is really not
THAT good and not worth switching an itinerary or plans for.
My personal preference for high-end Cantonese food is Yan Toh Heen (at InterContinental) or Man Wah (at Mandarin Oriental).
Worth going to Tim Ho Wan, just be wary of the queues. I personally prefer the Mong Kok one to the IFC one as well.
