A great airline, great staff and provided amazing service along with great fares to the travelling public.
Flown many flights on them, short haul and long haul, was on Air Asia X as recent as Dec 19, every single member of the team is delightful and pleasant to deal with and very customer focused.

Hoping for a great outcome
I would say the same having flown D7 (X) Thailand and the main op many times. Great crews, staff and many wonderful fellow passengers.

Very saddening news.
