Your corp travel agency actually has to ticket it before you can add it to your My Trips tab. In my case, when booking with Concur, I always have to wait for the actual invoice to show up in my inbox (usually 1+ hours after I book) before I can add it to My Trips.

Same with my corp TA (Axiom) I cannot enter a flight into my trips even if I have a confirmation number from my "trip submitted" record. I have to wait until I get the invoice, then it will accept the confirmation number.
