I am flying London UK to Maui this coming weekend for a mileage run, thanks to google flights bagging me a crazy prices with united.
I've never done a mileage run, i.e I've always had an address in the US I was staying at. However when I clear customs in Washington DC, I have no address to declare to customs. I am flying to OGG/Maui and immediate overnight return to the UK.
Do I just write IN TRANSIT on my customs form? Anyone know the correct thing to do at customs?
Thanks,
Jason
Just right in transit, if you are flying to OGG and back with no time on the Island (I'm assuming the overnight return means a redeye)
also, it helps to bring a printed out copy of your reservation, just in case you get a super curious agent.
