Long haul PE fares fron the more to the less restricted (and from the cheapest to the more expensive) are A-S-W. W is always available until the whole PE cabin is full. A and S are available until revenue management decides they're not. AF web site allows you only to book restricted or non-restricted but you cannot choose the fare buckets specifically. For this, you need to call them (especially if you want S but A is still available and so is proposed on the web site as the cheapest option). On the web, if you want W, then you can choose non-restricted.
