I was in the Premium Lounge on Dec 23rd flying J Class on Qatar Airways. It appears that EY, EH and QR provide Premium Lounge (rather than Business Lounge ) access to their Business Class passengers. The only other passengers in the Premium Lounge at that time 3am were EY and EK, in addition to QR.
