Edit : Never mind. It required a co-pay to use her upgrades due to her status. I don't have much experience as to Flex fares and low status. Wow!

Hi Ben,

I have an odd situation. I've got one of my 2 upgrade nominees, with a Flex fare.

If I try and upgrade her on my SE account, it works (waitlisted).

If we try and do it with hers (she's E), the upgrade site reports it's not an upgradeable fare. (It's Flex)

We'd like to try to use her credits on this upgrade. It just seems odd.

Can I PM you flight locator, AE numbers etc?
