RichG. You're right!
The customer service from Interconti, and also Hyatt, is excellent. Complaints are handled on the spot at the hotel (usually), and it is easy to get a response from the main customer service department.
Hyatts and Interconti's don't have as much coverage as Marriott or Starwood, but the customer service tends to be better (But I like Marriott and Starwood too).
