I dont think so if your flight was canceled and you didnt fly at all and canceled your ticket. Thats for if you flew to the destination on a a rebooked interline carrier or were rebooked on a non stop instead of 1 or 2 stops
Wrong. I fly regularly from a smaller town served by Horizon and connect in Seattle. At times, weather will force cancelation of the Horizon segment and I will drive to Seattle rather than wait for the next flight. Every time this has happened, I have called and received EQM credit. YMMV.
