I am flying business TRV-DOH leaves at 4am and then 3 hour layover in DOH before DOH-VIE on the Dreamliner leaving at 8.15 - can anyone tell me what the meals will be so that I can work out when to sleep and what/where/when to eat. Plane 1, lounge in DOH or plane 2. Service and catering on the inward journey were far superior on VIE-DOH than on the DOH-TRV leg.

Your advice is much appreciated.
