Careful... SPG transfers are not instant, nor are they guaranteed to go through in 3 days you're allowed to hold. Neither are Wyndham. Don't know about Marriott.
US isn't a Chase or AMEX partner, so not sure if there's an "instant" way to pad an account that doesn't involve buying miles from points.com...
