Loiter may not be the right word. My international flight arrives LAX at 10 AM and my partner arrives on a different international airline an hour later. We'd like to go thru Customs together so I'm thinking I could just stay in the baggage area and wait the hour. A little concerned it could draw unwanted attention from CBP. Having gone thru LAX before I don't recall seeing anyone around except passengers, but I wasn't paying much attention.

Anyone have any ideas?
