What's the point of a thread about a leaked document, if one doesn't read the document! There are no mentions of suits in it, but it does advise to dress and act inconspicuously. The agent in question was an example of what NOT to do.
Maybe that's why it was marked secret, so that folks with too much spare time don't waste any more of it debating the done deal.
