Have you stayed any nights or use the App to book so far? If not then the first option is impossible given there are 6 days left and you need 9 nights.
You would need to do the following
Offer #2) book 3 stays using the APP
Offer #3) Book a bonus points stay WITH breakfast
Offer #5) Stay at 2 (different Holiday Inns)
You can overlap the tasks, so I would book all your 3 different stays using the APP. Two of them MUST be at HI (not HIX). One of these HI stays (or the 3rd one you need to complete Offer #2) MUST be a stay that includes 1000 or 5000 extra points and breakfast.
You will need (min) 3 nights in total booked on the APP to do these 3 tasks successfully.
