And we have some DOD employees who are also entitled to use diplomatic passports for foreign assignments; for some of those, wearing a suit or even civilian business casual clothes is neither part of their travel attire nor part of their routine work attire. And in some environments dressing up more than the average Jane or Joe just attracts unnecessary attention from those who are more of a problem than passport control and customs officers.
