Sorry, but not a first. I been upgrade a couple of times last year at Hilton to a club room but not allowed the lounge privilage. I guess it does'nt cost the hotel anything to put you in a different room, but if you use the lounge, you won't be buying breakfast.

However, I've also been granted lounge access (at Hilton) when they hav'nt had a club room available for upgrade. You win some, you lose some....
