The Bonus offers were separate from the main Offers, so if you completed th main Offers, they should be offering you the options, not making you complete more tasks to get the first set of bonus points.

I would call back again, there has been a lot of misinformation by CS. If the agent cannot address the problem, then ask for a supervisor.
