Frustrated
One of my offers was to "Stay at 7 Holiday Inn Express Hotels".
I have stayed at 10 Holiday Inn Express Hotels since registering for the promo, but have not received the bonus. So I contacted IHG Customer Care and was informed that the stays had to be at different HIXs. My 10 stays are at 6 different ones. The rep at Customer Care said it is per the T & Cs, but when I look at the T & C's no where does it say (or even imply) that the stays had to be at different HIXs.
I am frustrated as this was my last task to secure the 2 free night bonus as well as receiving 12,000 points for completing the task.
why can't IHG be clear that it had to be different HIXs?
