Stay the last week of the promotion (12/24/2014 - 12/31/2014).
From T&Cs:

I completed mine and the bonuses still wont unlock. Emailed for help saying I'd like to participate in the bonus and book more stays at IHG, and got the usual cut and pasted response
"Please be informed that bonus points from the Into the Nights promotion will post 2-3 weeks after the stay has been posted on your account.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to contact us as we value your patronage. "
Thanks for my patronage? Nope. Will book my vacation next week at Starwood properties where they get it right. IT can figure out to charge my credit card instantly for a completed stay but they cant credit a completed stay for weeks? Fail.
