- I guess they really wanted to say 'exclusive', or 'select' ... I would have thought that most, if not all of their customers were 'respectable'!

I would think that many of the customers are just tolerable, especially if they are clawing and whining their way onto the planes and into the clubs... but then again I have yet to 'status' on the airline in order to receive the pack.

Alas, congrats that you received the package or you can write them and complain about it.
