I have been upgraded to J at LHR a few times. Maybe I was just extremely lucky, but surely charging us miles would be more sensible than upgrading people during boarding.

Or maybe even QR can't work out the number of seats filled everyday therefore would rather upgrade people for free in case the FFs take the seats off someone who would like to pay for it before departure?

Anyway, upgrade rejected for next December actually makes me a bit mad about QR. I am happy to write a letter to Mr Al Baker
