I am flying from LHR to HKG on the 18th of NEXT DECEMBER in economy which is in 1 year time. I decided to upgrade both legs to J class with my Qcredit therefore I called the hotline this morning to confirm before I book the ticket.

It turns out that all J class redemption seats on all flights throughout the whole day have been sold out. And the lady said about 10 seats are released for redeeming for each flight when I asked.

I checked the flights on expertflyer and non of the seats has already been taken. And I don't believe that there have already been so many people who have booked their tickets 1 year in advance.

Just guessing, does QR never release any business class for redeeming on popular routes like LHR because they will be sold out as revenue ticket? Are there any other good way to spend my Qcredit?
