people resent being told what to do. be it exiting an airplane, selling cigarettes in front of a store or stop walking in the middle of the street. I am sure that when those cops were in the police academy, the LAST thing they thought they would be taking someone to jail for would be sitting in an exit row seat without paying. what happened to her was exactly what she had coming. it is just a shame that people can't resolve things before calling police.
