Though it's not a member of Virtuoso, Hotel Pavillion de la Reine will be offering Virtuoso-like amenities on an informal basis beginning Jan. 1, 2015, as per Vanessa Jacquiot. The hotel is a member of Small Luxury Hotels. My impression is that rooms are small. However, a very interesting location on Place des Vogues.
