Is it still too late to grant the 2014 privilege? Our son has upcoming travel and would benefit from getting E50K through to Feb 28, 2014.

At this moment in time, my spouse hasn't re-qualified for SE100K for 2015, but is very close and will surpass the mileage on Dec 28th. As such, there has been no offer to select 2015 privileges.

When we attempt to grant the privilege, it fails with a message "There was a problem with your request <br /> Please contact one of our agents at 1-866-689-8080 and mention error code 028.TTB" we haven't tried calling in yet, hoping that someone on the forum or Ben would have the answer rather than waiting in phone queue.
