If I log on to miles+bonus, either from the app, my phone or a computer, I don't see an actual tier miles balance, only an award miles balance. Where do you see you tier miles balance? As far as I can see, there is no way of seeing an actual number representing the amount of tier miles you have earned in the current qualification period. However, if you deduct the "Required number of tier miles"-values from 12 or 24K respectively, you will yourself be able to calculate how many miles you have earned until now. You could also have a look in your transactions table and sum up all your flights after 24/11/2014 on your own.
