Good luck with that. I had the RC card nearly two years, and never found a situation where it made sense to use that very limited benefit.

They should really look at upcoming reservations to see if the guests are likely going to complete the challenge. The bookings were made almost a year out.
I imagine they don't have the resources to customise the Diamond Challenge experience (likely the reason BRG claims are all online now)
Anyway, you shoot yourself in the foot with your own logic by saying that you're willing to cancel your reservations if things don't go your way.
