This is apparently an ongoing problem then. I did OLCI a couple of weeks ago and the errors poppped up as well. The Refresh button on the broswer solved the issue though.

The next day when I actually flew, I used the city check-in facilities at Kowloon station. They couldn't even check-in at the counter. My passport details had to be handwritten by the ground staff to be processed later. I got all my bags and boarding pass so no issues for me at the end.
