Definitely not 3 hotels in 6 nights! It depends on what type of beach you prefer whether you choose the FS Jimbaran or Amanusa. The former is on a west facing surf beach so you get the sunset - Amanusa isn't on the the beach but does shuttle you there which may not be ideal with young children and especially a baby in tow. You will want to be back in the villa a couple of times a day to let the baby sleep.
