The two reasons I would replace your TSA one with your newer GE ID in the KTN field of your airline profile is that so you can use Global Entry on return international flights so that will all ready be in the system for those flights and I do recall on here over the summer some travelers felt they had better odds with the GE number over their TSA number when flying because the GE standards are more "strict" to be eligible for the program, however, this one doesn't appear to be too much of a difference.
