I was on a business class ticket from SFO->YYC (AC4023/UA6414) on December 8th 2014 which was emergency landed at GEG due to cracked windshield about 45 minutes from Calgary. I noticed I did not receive status miles for this flight (did receive them for the YYC->SFO part). I requested them online as well as send a support ticket to aircanada.com.
I specifically booked this business class to make 35k status next year. I called and aeroplan rep said it was being reviewed and should call back Jan 6th to see if they are credited.
Just wondering if there is anything you can do on your side to see and if you can confirm if credited that the miles will be for 2014 year so I get my status?
