To which I replied that US flight crews actually do sometimes crash aircraft (maybe not 777s) due to pilot error as well. To imply that OZ's safety record is tarnished because of a recent error by a particular crew one day is pretty ridiculous. To imply a similar situation could not possibly happen to a US flight crew is even more ridiculous.
Reading comprehension. Please, refer to the post where I implies all foreign airlines? See post 138----then see the response to that post by another member who clearly understood what I was talking about because my statement was not some isolated opinion.

Btw, Speaking of sterile cockpits....you had no business in that jump seat. Unless you are flight crew with the proper "jump seat authorized" (I actually forget the acronym that is used today) you violated FAA regulations. Not even FAs are allowed in the junp seat except during cruise, and generally only in two many crews where so 1 crew member can take bathroom break (under post 911 regulations with locked cockpit doors you need two bodies in the cockpit at all times).

So I'm sure your are fine with the FAA see that post, then contacting the adminstrators of this site tiger your contact info and if they care enough, your IP address. FAA would love to know how you got in that cockpit without proper credentials.
