Just got off the phone for the fifth time with them in the last four days (same USA Blue line I assume, 1-800-AIRWAYS.??) Same answer: no availability on the nonstops at all. Pretty much every date in January after the holiday weekend has nonstops available, usually multiple ones per day, at saver rates showing up on aa and us sites. These should be bookable with Avios. They checked every date in January from Montreal to Philly and said not one seat is available with Avios. Over the weekend I had them check the entire year and not one seat available on nonstops. Hundreds of available seats for AA and US miles and zero for Avios. Spoke to supervisor. Same answer. Avios availability is "different"-- and apparently that means they have now gone beyond incompetent IT systems to a policy of not releasing seats that are available to other alliance members. If you know something I don't or are calling a special number, please PM me. These flights are not bookable for me with Avios any more no way no how.
