That is odd - I hate to sound like I'm giving them a pass, which I am not as this has gone on for months, but it should eventually resolve itself once the route transfers to AA. Unfortunately, that could be another 6-12 months.
I've already sent them a couple notes in the past about this specific route, obviously nothing has been done. If I knew how to contact their IT team, I would.
