First time my wife and I are travelling F today (big thanks to all the FT crew and indeed Raffles - despite what others may say about him he and his blog have been a great help and save me a lot of money for both business and personal travel).

However, we are both non-status pax travelling via a regional (in Dom) to LHR where we then fly LH in F. Question: what F "benefit" are we entitled to take advantage of at the regional airport? Can we use fast track boarding? Fast track security? The F check-in desk (we are not checking in at LHR)?

I think we can use the lounge (according to the BA booking website but this is not always correct). Is this correct?
