Rented from Thrifty at Gatwick recently- booked a 'golf or eqvt' and ended up paying an extra £20 for an upgrade to a shiny new X5., 2k on the clock- an absolute machine.
Half the price of the usual people within the airport and ten times the service! Just make the short walk to the nearby hotel where they are located and get the treatment all car hire companies should be giving!!!
