Yes: me. UA sent a promotional mailing to my wife, inviting her to apply for the card and have the first year's fee waived. I tried logging into that address and got the same offer, saw it was also on the table for the business card, and put in my application.

But... that promotional page now seems to redirect to a $100 statement credit.
