I really don't know if you can do that or not. However, I travel with my boarding pass with me prior to transit. I do this by booking with the airline directly (for example Cathay Pacific doesn't fly directly to Kuwait, so I got my boarding pass in Kuwait for Cathay Pacific from Qatar Airways check-in counter.)

This reduces the stress on me, as I already know in advance that I do not have to check-in again to get my boarding pass and avoid risking losing my luggage (let's just say that this procedure reduces the stress of traveling )
